Support throughout your entire pregnancy journey
This package includes the birth prep services plus labor and delivery support starting during early labor or active labor, depending on your choice

On-call starting at 37 weeks

Stay through labor and birth, advocate for your wishes and golden hour after birth

Provide supportive tools during labor including essential oils, massage rollers, rebozo, and more

Hands-on support during labor including massage, positioning, and grounding techniques

Stay one to two hours after birth to advocate for golden hour and offer breastfeeding support

One 1-2 hour postpartum visit, in-person or virtually, for an emotional check-in, to reflect on your birth story, and answer any newborn care questions.
