Birth Prep

This package includes a meet and greet session either in person or virtually as well as two prenatal visits to help prepare you for delivery.

Help choosing a provider and birth location
Create birth plan:
- Encompasses your vision of birth
- Discuss fears or concerns
- Coping with pain and fatigue
- How you want your partner to support you
Education on birth and labor preparation

Birth Prep Investment: $250

Support throughout your entire pregnancy journey

This package includes the birth prep services plus labor and delivery support starting during early labor or active labor, depending on your choice

On-call starting at 37 weeks
Stay through labor and birth, advocate for your wishes and golden hour after birth
Provide supportive tools during labor including essential oils, massage rollers, rebozo, and more
Hands-on support during labor including massage, positioning, and grounding techniques
Stay one to two hours after birth to advocate for golden hour and offer breastfeeding support
One 1-2 hour postpartum visit, in-person or virtually, for an emotional check-in, to reflect on your birth story, and answer any newborn care questions.

Support your breastfeeding journey

This package includes in-person breastfeeding support and guidance after birth from the comfort of your own home

Feeding observation and assessment
Counseling to prevent and solve breastfeeding problems
Education and supportive techniques:
- Breastfeeding positions
- Increasing milk supply
- Pumping
- Returning to work
